TurboTimeTwo is a simple timer app which will help you manage your turbo training sessions while letting you concentrate on what really matters - keeping going to the end of the session!
Just choose from one of the pre-installed sessions, put your iPhone somewhere you can see it and tap the play button:
- The details of each interval will be shown and a countdown timer will immediately start
- You will be able to keep track of the interval you are working on right now as well as see all the details of the upcoming intervals so you can be prepared to shift gears or change the resistance when the time comes
- There is a visual counter of which interval you are on
- When you finish one interval, it goes away and is replaced by the next
- There are separate timers to show you how long you have been training and how much time is still remaining
When you finish a session, it gets stored so you can review your progress later by day, week or month.
